Leo is a seasoned IT professional with over 20 years of services experience. Leo started off in software development industry and move to infrastructure architecture.

Before starting Resolve, Leo had taken various major role in HK and APAC at Dimension Data for over 18 years as Practice Manager, Chief Architect, Head of Services and Head of Solutions.

Leo is a trusted advisor for most of the large enterprise in HK and APAC, including BOCI, CLP, OOCL, Deutsche Bank, Zurich, Maybank in Malaysia, BTPN in Indonesia and BAY in Thailand. While holding a degree in Computer Science, Leo started off his career in an 4A's advertising agency and later rejoined IT in the R&D team of HK first iTV development.

Neris is responsible for driving Resolve's growth in the APAC region. In this role, he manages all go-to-market partners, as well as all customer-facing functions.

Neris has worked in the IT industry for more than 25 years. Before joining Resolve, he held Sales Director roles with Palo Alto Networks and Check Point Software.

He has also held various roles in multiple companies leading IT infrastructure team and business partner. For more than eight years, Neris drove the commercial team for large enterprise at Dimension Data.

Neris graduated from City University of Hong Kong in Electronic Engineering and holds his Master of Business in Information Technology from Curtin University of Technology.

Tonny is an IT professional with over 18 years services experience. Tonny started off in software development industry and moved to infrastructure architecture with good all-round ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Tonny is capable to identify and then deal with a client's needs by translating them into appropriate technical solutions.

Before starting Resolve, Tonny had taken a major role in HK at Dimension Data for over 13 years as Solution Architect.

Tonny graduated in University of South Australia and holds a degree of Computer Science.

Peter leads the company go-to-market strategies and working with Vendors and Partners to enforce company directions.

Previously, Peter had over 24+ years at Dimension Data (previously Datacraft Asia) hosting wide variety of management and regional positions. Most recent role being Head of Sales, Asia Pacific - Manufacturing, strategize and growth Manufacturing Vertical business in 13 Countries in APAC. Before that, he was Head of Sales & Head of Telecom Vertical - Dimension Data Hong Kong. He also hosted leading position in Memorex Telex in transforming the compny from legacy into Services oriented System Integrator and after the being acquired.

Peter holds a bachelor's degree from University of Washington, Seattle, USA with major in Finance and Business Analysis.
